SEN Teaching Assistant - Oldham

Description

beBee Professionals in Oldham is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support our inclusive learning programs.

Responsibilities:

• Support and facilitate the educational growth of SEN students in a supportive learning environment.
• Implement personalized education plans and monitor student progress, promoting individualized learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with lead teachers to ensure students with special needs achieve their full potential through tailored support and guidance.

Requirements:

• A degree in Special Education or a relevant certification, such as an Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or higher qualification.
• Previous experience working with children who have special needs, demonstrating a strong understanding of their challenges and requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with teaching staff and parents to promote student success.
