Your expertise will help turn raw data into actionable intelligence, powering strategic initiatives across the company. What you’ll do · Analyze and interpret complex data from multiple sources to solve business problems, predict behaviors, and identify patterns. · Apply advanced statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques to support decision-making and optimize business outcomes. · Build, test, and validate predictive models and business cases, ensuring real-world accuracy and impact. · Develop and deliver impactful visualizations—dashboards, reports, and charts—that clearly communicate insights to business partners. · Advise and collaborate with business leaders, translating data findings into strategic recommendations that drive business direction. · Lead moderate-sized analytics projects or workstreams, operating autonomously and interacting frequently with senior leadership. What you’ll need · Advanced proficiency with relational databases (such as Oracle or MySQL) and data warehouse platforms (like Snowflake or Databricks Delta Lake). · Hands-on experience with big data analytics and visualization tools, including Azure, Power Automate, Tableau, Power BI (DAX), Databricks, and Palantir · Strong command of statistical methods and predictive modeling, such as linear/logistic regression and time series analysis. · Ability to develop, test, and validate complex models using real-world data samples. · Experience building business cases and integrating analytics into business processes. · Skill in creating engaging visualizations and communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders. What you’ll bring · Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Physics. · 3+ years of hands-on analytics experience, applying advanced statistical methods and building business cases. · Certification in advanced analytics or a related discipline may be required for some roles. · Demonstrated ability to lead projects, operate independently, and engage with senior leadership.
