VMS Account Support Analyst - Robert Half

We are looking for a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This position focuses on vendor management system support, data analysis, and process optimization to enhance workforce management. The ideal candidate will bring global expertise, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset to support system updates, reporting, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and ensure the accuracy of data within the vendor management system.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while escalating complex problems appropriately.

Analyze system data to identify trends, enhance vendor performance, and improve compliance.

Develop and maintain actionable dashboards and reports to monitor key workforce metrics.

Provide training and support to users on system functionality and best practices.

Facilitate vendor setup and integration with financial systems for global locations.

Collaborate with vendors and resource managers to manage updates and provide system support.

Conduct audits to ensure data integrity and compliance within the system.

Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.

Validate invoices and assist in resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate payment processing.

Requirements

Proven experience in vendor management systems, including configuration and support. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights. Proficiency in developing dashboards and generating reports to track workforce metrics. Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and providing training. Familiarity with global workforce processes and compliance requirements. Knowledge of automation and streamlining techniques to improve system efficiency. Ability to perform audits and ensure data integrity within vendor management systems. Experience in invoice validation and resolving payment discrepancies.
