About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our AskHR team, providing exceptional support to Toyota team members through accurate and prompt responses to HR and employee experience inquiries. As a key member of our HR team, you'll play a vital role in transforming the way we engage with our employees, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for all.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consumer-grade level customer service to Toyota team members, responding to HR and employee experience inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Seek to understand the needs and intentions of Askers, clarifying questions when required, and maintaining a strong attention to detail to identify the right population segment and provide relevant information.
• Research question topics using team member resources and a library of information across several categories, ensuring accurate and up-to-date responses.
• Lead escalations to resolution by maintaining communication with AskHR partners, ensuring a smooth handoff of Askers to other teams.
• Lead regular meetings with partners to discuss HR case trends and determine resolution for difficult questions.

Essential Qualifications

• A customer-first mindset and attitude, with previous customer service or HR-related experience.
• A positive, team attitude that looks to learn and grow every day.
• Proven ability to collaborate with a wide range of people at all levels in the organization.
• Proficiency with the English language and strong written and verbal communication style.
• An excitement for managing a high-volume of tasks while maintaining a high-degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to quickly learn new software.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or higher degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
• Experience with HR software and systems.
