Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a call center or retail environment
* Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
* Ability to work in a bilingual environment (English and Spanish)
