Job Description

We're building our team and are looking for a creative Flex Solution Architect to join our Software Enterprise Deployment and Integration team. This is an exciting opportunity with an immediate start, and we're looking for a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. As a Flex Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the deployment of Computer Aided Dispatch Systems, Mobile Applications, and Records Management Systems. You will work with customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates and implements customer installation activities in a time-sensitive manner.
• Ensures customer delivered systems are fully functional prior to GoLive.
• Trouble shoots system issues, network issues, and infrastructure problems.
• Understands Public Safety customer environments for product security and reliability.
• Delivers solutions within the context of a defined product, standard interfaces, and limited flexibility.
• Writes Standard Operating Procedures when required.
• Identifies product defects and monitors resolution from engineering to customer acceptance.
• Complies with corporate requirements and training.
• Tracks billable hours for project work completed.

Qualifications

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Flex Solution Architect with a strong background in Enterprise, Public Safety, or government Systems Deployment. The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
• 3 years experience in Enterprise, Public Safety, or government Systems Deployment or have managed CAD/Records products in a government setting.
• Public Safety experience preferred.
• The ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contracts.

Essential Skills and Competencies

The successful candidate will have:

• Proficiency in Windows Server 2016 or newer.
• Proficiency in RedHat Linux.
• Proficiency in VMWare/ESXi/virtual machines.
• Proficiency in Ctree database.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Proficiency in Apache Tomcat.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
