About the Role

As an Executive Assistant to senior leadership in Global Customer Operations, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Public Sector team. You'll provide administrative support to our Vice Presidents and Directors, serving as a trusted partner and Engagement Hub Champion for the Boston hub. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality will be essential in this fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and fulfilling purchase requests.
  • Serve as Engagement Hub Champion for the Boston hub, partnering with VP engagement hub leaders to drive success.
  • Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion, screening and prioritizing communications, both external and internal.
  • Prepare presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents, demonstrating your exceptional Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Attend meetings and record meeting discussions, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
  • Handle vendor invoices through purchase order processing and reconciliation, arranging travel and accommodations for executives.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports, managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • Find new ways to increase office efficiency and innovative ways to support the team, demonstrating your proactive and solutions-focused approach.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience in an administrative role.
  • Administrative assistant experience, with a proven track record of supporting senior leadership.
  • Great Microsoft Office Suite skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A high level of confidentiality and discretion, with the ability to manage sensitive matters.

The annual salary range for this role is $71,500.00 - $128,000.00, depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience.
