Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with donors and prospective donors, building strong relationships and strengthening their connection to our clients.
  • Secure financial gifts from donors and prospective donors, meeting or exceeding minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.
  • Maintain a high level of enthusiasm, positivity, and professionalism during interactions, ensuring a compelling and engaging experience for all callers.
  • Stay up-to-date on our clients' initiatives, goals, and achievements to provide accurate and informative responses to donor inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve shared goals and objectives, sharing best practices and insights to drive continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed as a Remote Outbound Call Center Agent with MDS Communications, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience, preferably in telephone fundraising.
  • A dedicated wired internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology, with the ability to quickly learn our systems and tools.
  • A genuine passion for the charitable and non-profit causes we represent, with a commitment to making a positive difference.
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week), with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
