Job Description

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Care Assistants. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about Aetna's products and services, ensuring that our members receive accurate and timely support.
  • Assist members with questions related to their health insurance plans, claims, and benefits, providing clear and concise explanations to resolve their concerns.
  • Process and document customer interactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns, striving for first-call resolution and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers, providing a positive and supportive experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on Aetna's policies, procedures, and product offerings, ensuring that you have the latest information to provide accurate support to our members.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
