Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our Venture Contact Center (ICC), you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns and inquiries related to money market funds. You will work in a fast-paced contact center environment, utilizing your excellent communication skills, financial knowledge, and problem-solving abilities to resolve client issues and identify opportunities to enhance their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify potential opportunities to improve client support experience and provide recommendations to resolve internal and external client issues, ensuring first-contact resolution whenever possible.
  • Engage with internal clients and partners to provide support and resolve issues.
  • Perform moderately complex client care tasks, including managing risk by following all policies and procedures and staying up-to-date with changes.
  • Advocate for digital services, such as online delivery of statements and documents, Online sign desk work, and other digital opportunities to enhance client experience.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in Client Support, Financial Services, or Contact Center environment, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • A BS/BA degree or higher from an accredited institution.

Preferred Qualifications

To stand out as a candidate, you should possess:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Contact center experience and knowledge of financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including navigating multiple computer system windows, applications, and using search tools to find information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners and clients.
  • Experience handling complex transactions and conducting extensive research to resolve complex client requests.
  • Knowledge of digital enhancements and ability to analyze them to provide a better client experience.
  • Familiarity with investment terminology and experience in the financial services industry.
