Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous Customer Service Experience: A background in customer service, preferably in a call center or support environment, is highly preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
  • Independent and Collaborative Work: The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment, utilizing digital communication tools and platforms to stay connected with colleagues and management.
