Job Summary

We’re seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with 7+ years of experience to join a world-class engineering team at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and embedded systems. In this role, you will design, secure, and automate cloud infrastructure that powers LLM-backed digital health companions and radar-based patient monitoring. The ideal candidate is an AWS expert with deep knowledge of Kubernetes, IaC practices, and CI/CD automation, coupled with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and operation of cloud infrastructure for scalable, secure, and highly available services.

• Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployments across multiple environments.

• Monitor and tune production systems for uptime, performance, and cost efficiency using modern observability tools.

• Collaborate with software and hardware engineers to support radar sensing, LLM workloads, and real-time communication.

• Design and enforce Infrastructure-as-Code practices with Terraform, Helm, or equivalent tools.

• Manage Kubernetes clusters (AWS EKS), including deployments, upgrades, scaling, and debugging.

• Implement automated alerting, monitoring, and remediation workflows.

• Ensure system security and compliance through automated audits, IAM best practices, and secrets management.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering (non-negotiable).

• Expert-level AWS experience (EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, ECS, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch).

• Strong skills in Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration.

• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CDK).

• Experience with CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Jenkins).

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog).

• Skilled in scripting/automation (Python, Bash, or Go).

• Strong Linux administration, networking, and system security knowledge.

• Familiar with Agile/Scrum workflows, Git, and DevOps best practices.

• Exceptional problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
