You will work with Seven Starling’s clinical and leadership team to consistently deliver a high quality care experience to our patients.Our ideal candidate is a behavioral health professional with an interest in maternal mental health. - Clinical expertise utilizing evidence-based models of care
- Experience, skill, and passion for facilitating online individual therapy and serving perinatal patients
- Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic medical records, and Google Suite
- Excited to join an early stage team building the future of maternal mental healthcare
What you'll do
- Lead individual therapy sessions in a telehealth setting, serving perinatal patients
- Participate in supervision or consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive support as needed
- This is a flexible, fully remote opportunity.
Who you are
- Currently independently licensed as a professional counselor, clinical social worker, or marriage & family therapist. Preference given to candidates who hold multi-state licenses that include, but are not limited to: Arizona, District of Columbia, California, Maryland, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Indiana, and/or Nevada)
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience working with perinatal patients
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a telehealth setting
- Want to improve mental health outcomes and support an underserved population
- Are comfortable learning new systems, and have experience with electronic medical records
- Bilingual is a plus!
