Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate air transportation opportunities and develop product solutions that meet customer needs.
• Develop and manage product strategy, defining product requirements and working closely with stakeholders to gain buy-in.
• Collaborate with Technology and Research Science teams to design, test, and productionize technology solutions that support effective management of the air transportation network.
• Manage and coordinate multiple project assignments, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery.
• Establish goals and review metrics to identify opportunities and deliver success.
• Represent Amazon Air with partners and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and implementation of objectives.
• Navigate ambiguity, managing multiple project assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Product, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product or Supply Chain Management, Business Development, or Technology.
• Experience owning end-to-end delivery within aviation, transportation, or a related industry.
• Experience building product roadmap strategy and definition.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent.
• Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of key customer experience metrics and methodology (e.g., NPS).

Compensation and Benefits

Amazon offers a competitive total rewards package, including a salary ranging from $124,500 to $206,000 per year, depending on market location and experience.
