Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Corporate Travel Services
- Book domestic reservations for air travel, hotel, and car rentals, ensuring the lowest cost for booked itineraries and maximum commission claimed.
- Respond to requests for domestic and international price quotations, utilizing automated systems and queues to rate desks as needed.
- Promote the acceptance of fares, rates, and suppliers that align with client travel program policies and negotiated contracts.
- Maintain and promote professional and courteous client relations through prompt and accurate responses to telephone and email communications.
- Stay informed about airline rules and regulations, as well as current affairs, to communicate information to clients accurately and effectively.
- Achieve individual and contractual service level goals related to telephone, quality, and productivity.
- Maintain client profiles, ensuring special requests and reward program information are included.
- Monitor, sort, and work global distribution systems (GDS) queues daily to maintain quality control.
- Ensure optimum customer service through effective use of phone systems and positive telephone service techniques.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications: What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of active Travel Consultant experience within the past 6 years.
- Corporate Travel experience and current proficiency with Sabre GDS.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications: A Plus!
- 1+ year of international experience.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail.

Schedule Availability: Flexibility and Work-Life Balance
We're committed to providing a flexible schedule that supports your work-life balance. As a Remote Corporate Travel Agent, you'll be required to work at least one weekend day or evening shift, with potential shift availability between 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST.
