Key Responsibilities

• Teach up to 24 participants through the Pure Barre experience, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all clients.
• Plan and prepare diligently before each class, including studying choreography and class planning prior to each session.
• Learn full choreography changes on a quarterly basis, staying up-to-date with the latest Pure Barre routines.
• Assist with maintaining a tidy studio, ensuring a clean and organized environment for clients.
• Demonstrate high-energy and enthusiasm during classes, leading by example and motivating clients to push themselves.
• Lift hand weights and demonstrate full-body pushups as required, showcasing proper form and technique.
• Build client relationships through outstanding customer service, providing support and guidance to help clients achieve their fitness goals.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Fitness Instructor at Pure Barre Hendersonville, you'll need:

• An enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing personality, with a passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others.
• A strong work ethic and natural willingness to go above and beyond, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
• The ability to command a room of up to 20 people, providing clear guidance and instruction.
