Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Engage with customers and patients by greeting them, offering assistance with products and services, and resolving issues in a respectful and professional manner.
• Model Customer Service Best Practices: Demonstrate and share customer service best practices with colleagues to ensure a consistent and excellent customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Operate Sales Registers: Register sales on assigned sales registers, handle cash and credit transactions, and process voids, returns, and exchanges as needed.
• Maintain Store Appearance: Keep counters, shelves, and other areas clean and well-maintained, and assist with stock rotation and inventory management.
• Provide Photo Services: Offer customer assistance in the photo region, including digital photo printing, photo finishing, and other services.
• Support Web Orders: Screen orders, prepare and package orders for pickup, and deliver orders to customers.
• Collaborate with Colleagues: Work effectively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive store environment, and provide excellent customer service.

Essential Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Flexibility: Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Technical Skills: Must have basic computer skills and be able to learn and operate store systems and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Retail Experience: At least six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Previous Walgreens Experience: Previous work experience with Walgreens is preferred.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English (except in Puerto Rico) and/or other languages is an asset.
