Variety of Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll handle a range of tasks, including:
- Resolving customer issues using smart, customer-focused decision-making skills.
- Acting as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer to research, resolve, and track customer issues.
- Following up on outstanding tasks to ensure completion and providing updates to customers as needed.
- Anticipating and mitigating potential issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assisting hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs.
- Responding quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns.

Excellent Communication Skills:
Possess the ability to practice proper phone and email etiquette.
Previous Customer Service Experience:
Have a background in customer service and be comfortable working in front of a computer for most of your shift.
Technical Skills:
Be familiar with Microsoft Office and willing to train in Salesforce.
Basic Skills with Moderate Proficiency:
Have a moderate level of proficiency and be able to consult with senior peers on non-complex projects.
Education:
Hold a High School Diploma or GED.
