Schedule and Compensation Details

  • Office Rotation: Work from our centrally located office in Irvine, California on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and every other Friday.
  • Work from Home Rotation: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home on Mondays and Wednesdays, and every other Friday.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your typical day will involve:

  • Processing Product Complaints: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Investigating Complaints: Thoroughly investigate customer complaints, ensuring a positive experience while maintaining a timely and courteous demeanor.
  • Updating Databases: Accurately update databases with pertinent details and product information, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Escalating Issues: Identify and escalate issues to appropriate levels as needed, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining Confidentiality: Adhere to our strict confidentiality protocols, protecting sensitive customer and proprietary information.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Customer Service Experience: At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills: Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hybrid Work Schedule: Ability to work a hybrid work schedule, comprising weekly office and remote requirements.
