Manager of Accounting and Finance
Curran Recruiting is currently engaged with a world renowned safety company, looking for a Manager of Accounting and Finance to help run their software division. The role is in office 4 days a week, WFH one and will travel about 10% of the time.
Here's a bit about the job
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and modeling for strategic planning
- Oversee financial reporting, compliance, audits, and tax
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements
- Provide financial insights to support decisions and business strategy
- Analyze SaaS metrics (retention, churn, pricing, growth) to optimize profitability
- Drive process improvements and automation in financial operations
- Manage, mentor, and grow the accounting and finance team
Targeted Experience and Education
- Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field required
- Minimum 5 years of experience within Accounting and Finance required
- SaaS subscription model / ASC 606 revenue recognition experience required
- Budgeting and forecasting experience required
- Well-versed in financial metrics in a SaaS environment including MRR, ARR, CLTV, Churn, CAC and others
