Job Summary: As Serta Simmons Beddings embarks on a Digital Transformation journey, we're seeking an Amazon Operations Coordinator to join our eCommerce team. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Amazon Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Amazon business. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth execution across sales, supply chain, inventory, advertising, and performance reporting. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to optimize processes, support sales growth, and help maintain a best-in-class Amazon customer experience. This role is key to SSB’s success in the digital space and is built for someone who is a self-starter, enjoys tackling complex problems, is organized, and looking to have a major impact in fostering SSB’s “digital first” mindset. What You’ll Do:

• At an account level, own end-to-end facilitation from product life cycle to on-site execution, coordinating with the cross-functional teams to deliver retailer specific requirements; You will pro-actively drive digital strategy with your assigned retailers, independently lead account meetings, provide analysis, identify opportunities and drive action.
• Partner with sales team to understand account level strategies and identify and drive CX opportunities
• Provide weekly/monthly business recaps on core KPI’s
• Coordinate resolution of operational issues such as chargebacks, stranded inventory, suppressed listings, and returns
• Assist Senior Analyst with deal set-up
• Work with internal team to continue to drive process improvements and increase efficiencies
• Support Amazon Senior Analyst with ad hoc requests, address & solve for urgent business needs, and complete other duties as needed
• Participate in regular Amazon meetings providing updates and assisting with key sales initiatives
• Monitor vendor central case log submissions
• Maintain internal trackers (promotions, chargebacks, out-of-stocks)

How You’ll Do It:

• Have a clear understanding of the technical nature around item setup (attributes, taxonomy, asset specs, etc.), how data feeds work and connect to PIMs and other SaaS platforms. Understand Amazon 1P and the working relationship with those partners.
• Be consumer obsessed and focused on delivering a best-in-class digital experience
• Be highly organized and able to efficiently manage multiple projects with great attention to detail
• Be a clear communicator and pro-active problem solver
• Have a mindset that is focused on continuous improvement and able to think outside of the existing limitations
• Be a flexible team-player who can also work independently
• Have the ability to interpret large data sets and perform ad hoc analysis
• Have strong Microsoft Office skills

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years’ experience in eCommerce, site merchandising, item setup, project management, category management, or digital marketing
• BA/BS degree, advanced degree preferred
• Big box and/or pureplay retailer experience and understanding
• Experience with Salsify, PacVue, Power BI, Stackline or other PIM systems is a plus
• Familiarity with Dropbox, Workfront, or other data management related systems
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable working with data (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
