Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex member concerns, working together to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and quality of service, demonstrating your commitment to excellence.

Essential Qualifications:
