Position Description: We seek a creative, experienced, self-motivated content specialist with an audience-first mindset to join our team. This person will promote company goals through innovative content design, new program creation, and campaign execution in this position. You will partner with internal and external cross-functional teams to be a marketing liaison and ensure brand consistency. This individual will be responsible for enhancing our SEO efforts and brand positioning in the market. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Requirements include strong SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, and content development that is consistent with PrestigePEO’s brand voice, style, and tone.
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of the company’s content strategy for both current clients and prospects as well.
  • Strategy should help position PrestigePEO as a thought leader, help drive brand awareness and increase web traffic.
  • Develop engaging website content, style, and layout supporting brand and SEO goals.
  • Content must support search optimization efforts. Must be able to optimize content for search engines as well as ensuring current website content is optimized.
  • Responsible for producing high-quality marketing collaterals such as articles, white-papers, case studies, press releases, webinar/presentation content, web copy, and email messaging.
  • Build and maintain an editorial content calendar with written guidelines.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and client challenges to build a more effective editorial calendar.
  • Create monthly newsletters for clients and prospects based on updates from each department.
  • Develop creative copy, images, and taglines to grow digital and social awareness.
  • Work closely with marketing teammates, other departments, and senior leadership to ensure the development of effective communications strategies most meaningful for our clients.
  • Work closely with internal departments such as Client Services, Employee Benefits, and Compliance/Risk Management to ensure clients have the essential communication updates they need.
  • Generate new content ideas to assist in differentiating the PrestigePEO brand within the PEO industry
  • Help manage the distribution of content across all channels.
  • Craft interesting and well-researched content that drives traffic and engagement.
  • Ensure customer and prospect engagement, brand consistency, and a positive customer experience.
  • Stay up to date on industry best practices and adjust the content strategy, as necessary.
  • Create, maintain, and execute communication plans for strategic projects.

Experience:

  • 7 -10 years of proven experience as a content manager including digital marketing program execution

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in communications, marketing, journalism, English, or related field
  • Previous experience working as a content manager
  • Demonstrated ability to lead content marketing campaigns
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Search Engine Optimization best practices with skillsets and experience in both SEO copywriting and SEO content writing.
  • Creative-minded with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content.
  • Attention to detail including editing, proofreading, and publishing final materials.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing tactics, google analytics, digital advertising, and social media marketing
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and WordPress
  • Experience with Marketing Automation software, a plus
  • Exceptional oral & written communication and organizational skills
  • Highly articulate with an excellent command of written English.
  • Capability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
