Position Summary

We're seeking an experienced Online Elementary Interventionist to join our team. As an Interventionist, you will work collaboratively with our educators and administration to support struggling students. Your primary goal will be to drive student growth, develop individualized lesson plans, and deliver high-quality online instruction. Key Responsibilities

  • Implement research-based interventions to drive student growth and academic performance.
  • Create and utilize individualized lesson plans to support struggling students.
  • Collaborate with administration and teachers to develop strategies for student support.
  • Communicate with families regarding student progress and provide regular updates.
  • Deliver online instruction to small groups of students.
  • Assess students in-person and online to inform instruction and drive student growth.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform instruction and drive student growth.
  • Document interventions and outcomes to track student progress.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.

Essential Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • Valid Elementary Teaching License.
  • 3 years of classroom experience and/or interventionist experience, specifically teaching reading and math at the elementary level.
  • 1 year of online teaching experience.

Skills and Competencies

  • Background in supporting struggling students.
  • Wide variety of instructional strategies used to support Tier II and Tier III Intervention students.
  • Ability to aggregate and analyze data to inform student instruction decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strict attention to detail.
  • Advanced technology skills, including basic troubleshooting, site navigation, and proficiency with spreadsheets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain teaching certification in Arizona, Colorado, and Washington.
  • Ability to pass required background checks.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to assigned testing locations and physically proctor student assessments (applies to Arizona and Colorado candidates only).

What We Offer

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $52,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:

  • Medical, dental, and vision employee coverage for as little as $1 each per month.
  • Personal paid time off in addition to major holidays.
  • Short-term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance, life insurance, and AD&D insurance all 100% paid by the employer.
  • 401(k) with employer contributing a dollar-for-dollar match of employee contributions up to 5% of employee earnings.
  • Eligible employees, at the discretion of the Company, may be awarded an annual performance bonus.
