Graphic Design Intern - Presentation & Org Development Focus Location: Remote | Reports to: Director of Organizational Learning Contract Term: 3 months with potential to extend | Hours: 15-20 hours/week | Pay: $15/hour New Home Star is the largest privately owned seller of new homes in America. As a member of our Organizational Development team, you’ll support both our Corporate Support Office and our home builder partners—helping them sell more homes, more profitably. We’re hiring a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern who is eager to develop skills in marketing design and organizational development. This internship offers a unique chance to specialize in designing branded slide decks and other visual materials used in our national training programs. What We’re Looking For New Home Star is seeking a motivated, educated, goal-oriented professional to join our team. If you fit the requirements below, you are an ideal match for this position!
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) and presentation software (PowerPoint, Google Slides) is required
- Strong visual design skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in organizational development and training is a plus
What You’ll Do
- Design visually appealing, on-brand slide decks for training programs used nationally
- Assist the Organizational Development Director with marketing and branding materials
- Collaborate with the Organizational Development team to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment
- Support various visual content creation projects related to training and development initiatives
