Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally, providing information and resolving inquiries regarding our products and services.
  • Handle Customer Complaints: Handle customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within established guidelines.
  • Identify and Escalate Priority Issues: Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
  • Maintain Customer Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records by updating account information as needed.
  • Follow Communication Procedures: Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
  • Promote Products and Services: Promote our products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate customer records.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Outbound Calling Experience: Experience with outbound calling and upselling techniques is advantageous.
  • Multilingual Abilities: Multilingual abilities are beneficial for diverse customer interactions.
