Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing information about our products and services, including answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Utilizing CRM software to manage customer interactions and track issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Adhering to blithequark's policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection guidelines

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Previous customer service experience (minimum of 1 year)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience in a call center environment

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills
  • Healthcare or pharmacy background
