As a Remote Multilingual B2B Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction of our members, driving business growth, and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist members in generating qualified B2B leads from our online directory and offline database, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain solid business relationships with members, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Plan and execute free trials, identifying and qualifying leads with both new and existing customers.
  • Follow all CRM and database procedures to ensure accurate data management and sales pipeline tracking.
  • Arrange and conduct video conference calls with prospects and existing clients, showcasing our platform's capabilities and benefits.
  • Make outbound calls to companies that could benefit from our services, promoting our platform and driving new business opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's overall growth and success.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years' quota-carrying sales or customer service experience, preferably in the B2B or consumer electronics industry.
  • Fluency in Russian and Ukrainian, both spoken and written, with excellent communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of customer service principles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and database management tools.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth.

Additionally, the following skills and competencies will be considered a plus:

  • Experience working in a remote or freelance capacity, with a strong self-motivation and discipline.
  • Knowledge of the consumer electronics industry, including market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, beyond Russian and Ukrainian.
  • Experience with video conferencing tools and sales enablement software.
