Job Overview

As a Remote Senior Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing, organizing, and optimizing critical data related to price files and internal systems. Your expertise in Excel, data processes, and attention to detail will ensure accuracy and efficiency across various operations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline data management processes, develop efficient workflows, and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Organize and manage large data sets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Excel Expertise: Use advanced Excel functions to build and optimize data sets, generate reports, and track progress.
  • Data Transfer: Transfer information from hardcopy to digital format, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • System Updates: Update and maintain price files and internal systems, ensuring they reflect current information.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate across teams to streamline data management processes and integrate data into relevant systems.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient data workflows and procedures to support business operations.
  • Training and Support: Train staff on document retrieval procedures and provide support with in-depth knowledge of data.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot data discrepancies and provide timely resolutions.

Essential Qualifications
