Key Responsibilities

As a Utilization Management, Strategy & Implementation intern, you'll be responsible for providing support on special projects, initiatives, and specific activities that will vary by assignment. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Data compilation and analysis to inform business decisions
• Review and assessment of regulatory requirements to support market filings
• Development of presentations and recommendations for upcoming filings
• Communication and collaboration with clinical, finance, and market leaders
• Compilation and submission of finalized documents for 2026 filings

You'll have the opportunity to work on projects that truly impact the company, and you'll be supported by a team of experienced professionals who will guide you throughout your internship.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this internship, you must:

• Be a current college or university undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited degree program
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Be able to work independently and within a team environment
• Have effective listening and critical thinking skills
• Be dependable, flexible, and able to maintain confidential information
• Have effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

CareSource offers a competitive compensation package, with an hourly rate ranging from $34,500.00 to $55,100.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our total rewards package includes:
