As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers during overnight hours. Working remotely, you will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize strong communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and provide empathetic support to customers with complex needs
  • Work independently in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment, meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Utilize computer skills to navigate multiple applications and systems, including Windows and Microsoft
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a preference for experience in a high-volume, metric-driven environment
  • 6 months of experience working with Windows, Microsoft, or another application
  • Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 6 months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone
  • Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive pay range of $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.
