Key Responsibilities

• Take the technical lead during pre-sales engagement, using a consultative approach to understand customers' overall business goals and translate their requirements into specific systems or applications for complex technology solutions.
• Design, architect, and support technology solutions to evangelize across multiple sales teams at Dell Technologies, creating and owning the pre-sales qualification process that delivers architectural design, strategy, and plan.
• Develop and cultivate strong customer relationships to identify additional opportunities with current accounts and lead executive-level customer virtual presentations.
• Guide project quality assurance activities and possibly supervise staff on large projects where a high number of technical staff are involved, including training or on-the-job mentoring.
• Leverage deep, extensive knowledge of Dell Technologies products, Artificial Intelligence, and integration capabilities, staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments.

Essential Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of related experience in a professional role, with proven experience in both Dell Technologies products and solutions, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Advanced technical writing skills and demonstrated ability to document processes for customers.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a team environment.
• Advanced knowledge, understanding, and application of Project Management concepts and methodologies.
• Sales experience in a product environment focused on infrastructure and digital transformation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Advanced knowledge or experience in Artificial Intelligence sciences.
• Dell Proven Professional Certification.
