Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and Respond to Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries on blithequark's social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide Accurate Information: Offer accurate and up-to-date information regarding blithequark products, services, and policies to customers.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints and concerns in a empathetic and patient manner, escalating issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work with team members to maintain a consistent and high-quality support experience across all social media channels.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with blithequark Promotions and Events: Keep current with blithequark promotions, events, and updates to provide informed responses to customers.
  • Utilize Customer Feedback: Use customer feedback to suggest improvements to blithequark's social media engagement strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain a Positive Demeanor: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions, ensuring a consistent brand voice and tone.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent Written Communication Skills: Strong command of the English language and the ability to communicate effectively in writing.
  • Social Media Proficiency: Proficiency in using social media platforms for professional purposes, including creating and curating content.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
  • Independence and Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with blithequark: Familiarity with blithequark products, services, and brand values is desirable, although not essential.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a social media or online support setting.
  • Technical Proficiency: Technical proficiency with CRM software and other customer support tools.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications
