About the Role

As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you will be the face of blithequark on social media, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. You will be responsible for monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and comments on our social media channels, resolving customer issues efficiently, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and Respond to Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries and comments on blithequark social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex problems, ensuring that customers receive a seamless experience.
  • Generate Insights: Generate insights from customer interactions to provide feedback and improve services, helping to drive business decisions and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a Professional Attitude: Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, ensuring that blithequark's brand values are upheld.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Written Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English (additional languages a plus).
  • Proven Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer service or social media management, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Multitasking Ability: Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that customer inquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Familiarity with Social Media Platforms: Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective functionalities, with the ability to adapt to new platforms and technologies.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure, ensuring that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
