Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing answers to customers' pricing and product inquiries via online chat
  • Offering high-level professional and competent support in reviewing and documenting customer accounts in pre-sales and post-sales situations
  • Following procedures to enhance customer relationships and contribute to building customer loyalty
  • Navigating computer systems to track calls, gather information, and effectively resolve customer issues or queries
  • Selling, cross-selling, and upselling the best communication products and services in the market
  • Handling blended voice and non-voice interactions

Qualifications

To succeed as a Chat Support Representative, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a shifting schedule
  • Willingness to work in a remote environment (with performance-based arrangements made after the probationary period)
  • At least a Senior High School or High School Graduate (old curriculum)
  • Advanced computer knowledge and excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Must have a valid NBI Clearance prior to job offer
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
