About the Role

As a Product Manager - Customer Analytics at blithequark, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy for our Client Investigation Center, driving the quality and accessibility of customer insights for internal stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in product management, data analytics, and customer-centricity to shape the future of our customer support operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the product strategy for the Client Investigation Center, ensuring seamless delivery of customer insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Define and communicate the roadmap, prioritization, and timelines for the Client Investigation Center, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Ensure the development and scaling of tools to support the security and integrity of customer data analysis, maintaining the highest standards of data protection and customer privacy.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and adoption of the Client Investigation Center.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy, identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, blithequark Interface, Data Ventures, blithequark+, and Marketing, to deliver high-quality customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in product management.
  • Alternatively, a minimum of 9 years' experience in product management or a related field.
  • Strong background in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following preferred qualifications will be considered a plus:

  • Graduate degree in Software Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 years' experience as a product manager, preferably managing consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, with knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
  • Awareness of accessibility best practices and a commitment to supporting an inclusive culture.
