Job Summary

As a Chat Specialist at Gubagoo, you will be responsible for handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and generating leads for our dealer clients. Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via online chat, responding promptly and professionally to a wide range of questions and concerns.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, including automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions.
• Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
• Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that all relevant details are captured and reported.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to share best practices, address customer concerns, and drive business growth.

Essential Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary; a strong passion for customer service and a willingness to learn are essential.
• Basic internet and Windows-based computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
• Strong ability to multitask, with experience in gaming or other fast-paced environments being highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications

• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher being preferred.

Requirements for Remote Work

• Must have a reliable computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
• Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, with a stable internet connection.
• Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.
• Must live within the state of Texas.
