Global Content & Communication Specialist

As Global Content & Communication Specialist, you will shape how we connect customer insight with storytelling to strengthen our brand, generate demand, and support sales across regions. By creating frameworks, narratives, and toolkits, you’ll enable our teams to communicate consistently and effectively, making the customer journey more engaging from first touchpoint to long-term loyalty.
About the Role
As Global Content & Communication Specialist, you own the global content strategy and campaign frameworks from end to end. You translate market segment needs, personas, and voice-of-customer insights into messaging architectures, narratives, and toolkits that regional teams can adapt and execute. You act as both strategist and content producer, developing high-impact content and enablement materials, ensure brand consistency and elevate the customer experience across channels. Expect to:
- Define messaging frameworks and editorial principles
- Ongoing production of content — writing and designing materials for web, social media, brochures, and other communication channels.
- Establish personas, Voice of the Customer (VoC), and other customer insights, and use them to drive relevant, high-impact content and campaign frameworks.
- Maintain global editorial cadence and brand consistency
- Collaborate with regional teams to localize content and campaigns
This position can be in any of our European offices—Birmingham, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Barcelona, Milan, Jönköping, Gothenburg, Malmö, or Stockholm—or remotely. You will report directly to the VP of Marketing & Communication. We're looking for You bring 5–8 years of experience in B2B content strategy or marketing, preferably within industrial manufacturing. We expect you to have a University degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field. You have experience in content production for web, social media, brochures and email marketing, skilled in basic design tools, and able to create clear, impactful communication in native-level English. As a person you are curious, collaborative, and organized. You thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
