Job Overview

Under minimal supervision, you'll manage projects focused on supply chain solutions that enhance customer experience, leveraging advanced business analysis skills, database tools, and data analytics to drive innovative results. Your expertise will help blithequark identify opportunities for growth, optimize internal processes, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects related to supply chain solutions, focusing on design, implementation, and issue resolution to improve customer engagement and service performance.
  • Develop and implement quantitative analytical solutions to support strategic performance and customer experience initiatives, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Utilize advanced business analysis skills, database tools, and data analytics to enhance techniques, drive innovation, and improve quality, customer-centric results, and forecasting.
  • Proactively develop recommendations for blithequark/customer opportunities and internal process improvements within cross-departmental projects.
  • Foster positive, effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, presenting analytical results and solution recommendations on a regular basis.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least four years of work experience in external customer problem resolution.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business software applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Directly related experience may offset degree requirements.
  • Directly related advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

To stand out as a candidate, you'll ideally possess:

  • Master Export Specialist (MES) certification.
  • Customs Broker License.
  • Quality improvement certification and/or experience, such as QDM, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, or related fields.
  • Experience in coordinating air and ocean shipments, including booking, planning, document preparation, and tracking.
  • Customs import controls and clearance experience.
  • Certified Export Specialist (CES) certification.
  • Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) certification.
