About the Role: Live Chat Representative - Work from Home

We're seeking a confident and adaptable Live Chat Representative to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be the face of blithequark, interacting with clients through live chat, addressing their inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role offers the flexibility to work from home while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via live chat, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Utilize decision-making skills to assess and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring queries are addressed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide relevant and accurate information to clients regarding our services, offerings, and policies.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to develop and refine chat scripts and responses for common queries.
  • Track and document customer interactions and feedback using our CRM system to improve service delivery and identify potential areas for product enhancement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer service and live chat support.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and share insights with colleagues.
  • Handle difficult or complex customer situations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring that clients feel heard and valued.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with management to enhance customer experience.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat environment.
  • Proficiency in chat support software and CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and the capacity to think critically under pressure.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
  • Confidence in interacting with diverse clients and managing varying levels of inquiries.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and priorities in a remote setting.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are preferred.
