Job Description
As an Order Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing client and vendor relationships, ensuring accurate information and pricing, and resolving any inventory discrepancies.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with vendors and internal site team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage multiple systems such as Manhattan, Enspire, and E1.
- Maintain a high level of technical and problem-solving ability related to the fulfillment business.
- Ensure accurate and timely inventory management.
- Process billing or credits accurately and promptly after thorough research and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Enter data timely and accurately.
- Operate various computer systems proficiently, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Develop a thorough understanding of company services and pricing structures.
Essential Skills
- Strong experience in inventory management.
- Proficiency in handling pricing, billing, and credit.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Reliability and teamwork orientation.
- Exceptional vendor/client focus and a sense of urgency.
Work Environment
This role is part of the paper/pulp team with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with an option for a later shift from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. The first 90 days are in-office for training, after which hybrid work is offered up to 3 days a week. The office is located on two floors full of offices, providing a professional and structured environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, Wisconsin. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
