Job Summary

As a Part-Time Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through lead generation, client relationship management, and sales development activities. You will work on a part-time basis, with flexible hours, and will be responsible for making outbound calls, managing accounts, and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outbound Calls: Make 50-70 outbound calls daily to set appointments and initiate the sales process, utilizing tools such as CRM platforms and LinkedIn.
  • Account Management: Manage accounts by developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Target Achievement: Work to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets through lead generation activities, and continuously track progress against goals.
  • Prospecting & Research: Engage in continuous prospecting, utilizing tools such as LinkedIn and CRM platforms, to identify new business opportunities and build a pipeline of leads.
  • Email & Social Media Management: Utilize email and social media platforms to schedule meetings with qualified prospects, and build relationships with clients.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking: Provide regular reporting on sales performance, and track progress against goals and targets.

Essential Qualifications

  • Business Development Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in business development or account management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
  • Results-Driven: A results-driven individual who is focused, self-motivated, and goal-driven, with a curious personality.
  • Rapport-Building Skills: Excellent rapport-building skills, using a personal approach to connect with clients quickly.
  • Active Listening Skills: Active listening skills with the ability to gather valuable insights and understand client needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: Experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • CRM Platforms: Familiarity with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Social Media Management: Experience with social media management, including LinkedIn and Twitter.
