Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graphic Design Creative Coordinator to oversee the development and implementation of visual design projects from concept to completion. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for providing creative direction, mentorship, and feedback to ensure the delivery of high-quality designs that meet our brand standards.   • Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Marketing, and Production, to develop and implement successful projects and processes.
  • Provide creative direction, mentorship, and expertise to team members, exploring new techniques and strategies as needed.
  • Screen and ensure the integrity of all projects concerning suitability, creativity, quality, and adherence to project requirements and brand principles.
  • Establish and manage project timelines, resources, and expectations.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to colleagues on design and creative direction.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our brand standards, ensuring consistency across all design projects.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure design projects meet business objectives and brand goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to inform design decisions.

Requirements and Qualifications Education and Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in graphic design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, including proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Proficient Macintosh skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality designs.
  • Creativity, initiative, and a passion for graphic design.
