The Opportunity As a Remote Sales Development Representative (Appointment Setter), you'll be the first trusted contact for dental practices considering strategic growth support. Your role includes initiating conversations to provide free resources, engage in discovery conversations, qualify prospects, and book strategy sessions with Senior Growth Advisors - ensuring high-quality engagement every time. What You Will Do

  • Quickly respond to inbound leads from content, live events, webinars, and referrals.
  • Conduct short, structured discovery calls (10–15 min).
  • Schedule strategy sessions with Senior Growth Advisors and manage handoffs.
  • Keep CRM data (Keap) tidy and up to date.
  • Use tested qualification scripts to assess business fit and urgency.
  • Work with Closers and Client Success teams to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Participate in coaching, role-plays, and performance reviews to sharpen skills.

What You Will Bring

  • 1–3 years in appointment setting, SDR, or inside sales (preferably in coaching, healthcare, or professional services).
  • Warm, confident phone presence and genuine communicator.
  • Skill in building fast trust with busy professionals.
  • Emotionally intelligent, coachable, and growth-focused.
  • CRM and tech tool savvy
  • Knowledge of dental, healthcare, or professional services is a strong plus.
  • Motivated to exceed KPIs and progress in a high-performance team.

Success Metrics (Your First 90 Days)

  • 40+ qualified discovery calls per month
  • 75%+ show-up rate for booked consultations
  • Smooth handoffs and strong communication with Senior Growth Advisors
  • Clean CRM tracking and follow-through on next steps
  • Full adoption of TTI and Uplift Advisory’s playbook for accelerated impact

Compensation & Perks

  • OTE: $48,000 to $72,000 per year
  • 100% remote working
