Job Summary

As a Work From Home Online Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members through various online platforms. You will respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and other digital channels, assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and claims processing, and educate customers on blithequark products and services. You will also troubleshoot technical issues related to online portals and applications and collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.

Key Responsibilities
