Clinical Account Manager - Oral Salivary Diagnostics (SimplyTEST Oral Health)

Worldwide Salaried Open

Description SimplyTEST is transforming how dental professionals detect and manage oral pathogens through our cutting-edge salivary diagnostics. Our oral health test empowers clinicians to identify high-risk pathogens early-enhancing treatment outcomes and supporting long-term patient health. We're on a mission to advance precision dentistry, and we're looking for passionate professionals to help us lead the charge. Job Summary: We are seeking a Clinical Account Manager with a strong dental or clinical background to support the adoption and integration of our SimplyTEST Oral Health saliva test within dental practices. In this hybrid role, you will provide clinical education and hands-on training to dental teams while managing client relationships to ensure long-term success and satisfaction. You'll be a trusted resource to our clients, helping them interpret test results, apply them to treatment decisions, and optimize patient care using our testing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Support & Training

  • Serve as a trusted clinical advisor to dental teams, providing clear guidance on how to interpret SimplyTEST results and apply them in patient care.
  • Help clinicians translate test findings into actionable treatment recommendations, hygiene protocols, and ongoing patient communication.
  • Educate dental providers and hygienists on the clinical significance of oral pathogens and how salivary testing supports comprehensive care.
  • Lead interactive training sessions-both virtual and in-office-that focus on real-world case examples and patient scenarios.
  • Support clinical confidence by being available for follow-up discussions, helping teams integrate test results into their existing workflow and treatment planning processes.

Client Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned dental offices, building long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure consistent test usage and address any clinical or operational barriers.
  • Guide practices through onboarding and early implementation to ensure a successful launch.

Operational Coordination

  • Collaborate with lab operations and customer support to troubleshoot issues with test kits, portal usage, or result delivery.
  • Monitor testing patterns and proactively engage with clients showing decreased utilization or clinical challenges.

Clinical Sales Enablement

  • Support the sales team by joining clinical discussions, presenting at educational events, or leading office trainings.
  • Identify and report on opportunities for deeper engagement within existing accounts (e.g., perio programs, implant cases, hygiene integration).
  • Maintain clinical integrity while aligning with broader company growth goals.

Qualifications:

  • Dental hygiene license, RDH certification, or equivalent clinical experience strongly preferred
  • 2+ years in a dental, clinical trainer, or customer-facing role (DSO, manufacturer, or diagnostic company experience a plus)
  • Strong understanding of oral-systemic health and periodontal disease
  • Confident educator and communicator-comfortable leading trainings in-person and virtually
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trainings, events, or office visits

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Remote-first flexibility and supportive, mission-driven team culture
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
  • Opportunity to make a real clinical impact in the future of oral healthcare
  • Salary Range: $55k-$65k
