About the Role

As a Multi-Line Liability Claim Representative II, you’ll manage a diverse desk of commercial liability claims across multiple clients and jurisdictions. You’ll investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims involving bodily injury, property damage, and litigation.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and adjust multi-line liability claims in accordance with CCMSI guidelines
  • Handle claims involving Commercial Auto, General Liability, Municipalities, and Garage Keepers
  • Review and negotiate medical, legal, and miscellaneous invoices
  • Negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys
  • Select and supervise defense attorneys
  • Monitor subrogation opportunities and excess insurer reporting
  • Ensure compliance with service commitments and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of claims handling experience
  • Strong knowledge of bodily injury, property damage, and litigation processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a national team
  • Adjuster’s license required in designated home state

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience with commercial claims and TPA environments
  • Familiarity with municipalities and litigation processes
  • Public speaking or client-facing presentation experience
  • Prior TPA Experience is helpful

Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. This role may also qualify for bonuses or additional forms of pay.
