Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and provide timely and effective solutions to their travel-related queries
  • Review customer history as necessary to understand their travel plans and preferences
  • Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Assist customers with changing travel plans, confirming or obtaining their itinerary, requesting refunds, or reporting travel issues
  • Process refunds and resolve customer complaints in a fair and professional manner
  • Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues
  • Document information and outcomes accurately and efficiently to ensure seamless follow-up and resolution

About You

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need prior customer service experience and a strong geographical knowledge. Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is preferred. Our ideal candidate possesses excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong typing skills and highly proficient in using the internet and navigating multiple applications

  • Ability to speak multiple languages
