What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the go-to person for customers with questions, concerns, or issues, and you'll work tirelessly to resolve their problems and exceed their expectations. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services

What You Bring to the Role

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of skills and qualities, including:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The Equipment You'll Need

To perform your job duties, you'll need to have access to the following equipment:

  • A reliable computer with internet speed of at least 15 Mbps
  • A USB wired headset (although a smartphone or other device with a headset may be acceptable)
  • A smartphone or other device that runs iOS or Android (iPad, etc.)
