About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate IV at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, interacting with them, sales representatives, and internal stakeholders to handle a range of pre-sales and post-sales service functions. Your expertise and dedication will be instrumental in promoting our products and services, resolving customer complaints, and fostering strong business relationships through our Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing backlog orders and open orders, ensuring timely communication with customers and internal teams regarding late deliveries.
  • Investigating credit and debit requests, queries, and resolving issues by issuing credits or debits as necessary.
  • Responding to technical queries from customers using online technical references and offering alternative solutions.
  • Driving corrective actions and improvement projects to enhance customer satisfaction levels.
  • Acting as a liaison between customers and internal points of contact to strengthen customer relationships.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma and 4 or more years of related work experience in customer service or a similar field.
  • Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
